下颈椎颈椎病外科治疗新进展

摘要 颈椎病患者以下颈椎病变居多。退变、狭窄、骨增生、不稳等为临床常见病理征象，可严重影响患者的日常生活、工作、生活质量。外科手术是目前有效的治疗方法之一，手术的目的在于重新恢复颈椎的正常序列和颈椎的曲度、高度及活动度，维持颈椎的稳定性，并改善骨性受压神经功能。随着各类新手术理论的问世和脊柱内固定技术的改进，临床手术方法亦不断得到改善。本文将近几年国内外各种颈椎手术方式的最新进展作一综述。
