脱水装置自控系统掉电改造措施及维护方法

Modification Measures against Auto-Control System of Dehydration Device Due to Power-down and Its Maintenance

对脱水装置自控系统在福成寨、大竹等脱水站生产运行中出现的故障进行技术改造,并对不间断电源(ON LINE,UPS)的现场维护提出了几点建议。现场应用表明,该技术改造解决了生产中自控系统掉电的问题,确保了脱水装置安全平稳生产。

A failure of auto-control system in dehydration device occurred in Fuchengzhai and Dazhu dehydration stations during production.According to a failure analysis,the auto-control system was technically modified.Several suggestions have been made for on-site maintenance of UPS.On-site application shows that power-down problem in auto-control system during production has been solved by its modification to ensure a safe and stable operation of dehydration device.
