摘要
气田开发生产能耗水平受地质与气候条件、开采阶段等方面的影响很大,与国内外同行业之间开展产品能耗指标的对比没有实际意义,也缺乏可操作性。天然气生产企业的能效对标指标体系可直接针对采气站、脱水站、集输气站、增压站、配气站、气田水回注站、CNG站、天然气净化厂等用能单元,根据各工艺、工序、工段的情况,设计出产品能效对标指标体系和设备指标体系框架。指标体系内容可包括产品综合能耗、产品各能种单耗、工序能源利用效率、设备效率等指标。
As the energy consumption level during development of the gas field being greatly affected by geological and climate conditions,and is changeable with different development phases as well,the simple comparisons of energy consumption index on product descriptions between the domestic-overseas gas production industries have no functional significances and cannot been well operated.An energy efficiency benchmark index system suitable for natural gas production enterprises should be established aiming at different energy-consuming units respectively,such as gas production station,dehydrating station,gas gathering and transmission station,booster station,gas distribution station,gas-field-water reinjection station,CNG station,gas purification plant and so on.Design of index system should consider different process technologies,work procedures and work sections.Subsequently,the product energy efficiency benchmark index system and the equipment index framework design are set up.The index system could include overall product energy consumption,unit product energy consumption,various energy utilization efficiency,procedure energy efficiency and equipment efficiency,etc.
