摘要
以1996年为现状年，重点分析了该地区水利工程供水量、国民经济各部门用水量及耗水量等；并进行了现状水资源供需平衡分析及水资源开发利用程度分析。此结果对合理开发利用水资源，具有重要意义。
Huanghe river's upper reaches are decisive for the province's economic development. Treating 1996 as the present year, the author has mainly analysed the water supply of water conservancy projects, water quantity used and consumed by different departments ; and discussed the supply and demand of water resources and the extent of development and use of water resources,that is significant to rationally develop the water resources in the future.
