摘要
通过对氯化钡法生产氢氧化钡母液的分析,提出了回收母液中3%左右的钡离子和25%的氯化钠的工艺路线,使年产2000吨氢氧化钡的厂家,回收符合国家标准的氯化钠产品约1400吨,碳酸钡产品约130吨。
Having analysed the pregnant liquor of barium hydroxide produced in the barium chloride method,the author puts forward the technological chain to extract the barium ion and sodium chloride being about 3% and 25% of the pregnant liquor. So.the factory which produces 3000 tons barium hydroxide annually,can re- trieves 1400 tons sodium chloride and 130 tons barium carbonate meeting the national standard.
