降纤酶联合高压氧治疗脑梗死疗效观察

Effect of defibrase in combination with Hyperbaric Oxygen on cerebral infarction

目的观察降纤酶配合高压氧对脑梗死的治疗效果。方法102例脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组1(32例)给予降纤酶+常规治疗;对照组2(32例)给予高压氧+常规治疗;治疗组(38例)予降纤酶+高压氧+常规治疗。2周后进行效果评价。结果治疗组总有效率为86.7%,而对照组1总有效率为75.0%,对照组2总有效率为78.1%,治疗组总有效率84.2%,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论降纤酶配合高压氧可以提高脑梗死疗效。

Objective To observe the curative effect of defibrase in combination with Hyperbaric Oxygen in the treatment of cerebral infarction（CI）. Methods 102 cases were randomly divided into therapeutic group and control group. Control group patients were given defibrase or Hyperbaric Oxygen. Therapeutic group patients were given defibrase and Hyperbaric Oxygen. The clinical efficacy was evaluated according to the nerve function deficits scoring. Results The total effective rate of therapeutic group was 86.7%, but that in control groups were 75.0% and 78.1% respectively. The therapeutic effect in therapeutic group was better than that in control groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Defibrase in combination with Hyperbaric Oxygen has good effect on treating CI.
