咪达唑仑、芬太尼、丙泊酚联合用于无痛人工流产术 被引量:1

Effect of midazolam combined with propofol and fentanyl on painless artificial abortion

摘要 目的探讨咪达唑仑、芬太尼、丙泊酚联合用于无痛人工流产术的麻醉效果、安全性、可行性。方法将400例美国标准协会(ASA)Ⅰ~Ⅱ级的自愿无痛人工流产患者随机分为2组,Ⅰ组200例,采用咪达唑仑-芬太尼-丙泊酚联合麻醉,Ⅱ组200例,采用芬太尼-丙泊酚联合麻醉,比较2组诱导时间、体动发生率、不良反应发生率、苏醒时间及离院时间。结果Ⅰ组体动发生率、不良反应发生率明显低于Ⅱ组,诱导时间、苏醒时间、离院时间差异无统计学意义。结论咪达唑仑、芬太尼、丙泊酚联合用于无痛人工流产术是一种麻醉效佳、安全性好的一种麻醉方法。 Objective To investigate the effect of midazolam,fentanyl combined with propofol in painless artificial abortion. Methods 400 ASA I-Ⅱ patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,200 cases in each group:group I(midazo-lam fentanyl combined with propofol) and group Ⅱ(fentanyl combined with propofol). Results The freakout rate of group I was sigmifcantly lower than that of group Ⅱ(P〈0.05). The anesthesia effect of group I was better than that of group Ⅱ(P〈0.05). The awake time and the discharge time of two groups were similar . conclusion Midazolam, fentanyl combined with propofol is more effective and safe anesthesia for painless artificial abortion.
