摘要
利用前驱体原位聚合的方法在超声条件下制备了PANI/Co-TiO2纳米复合材料,用FTIR,SEM和TEM等对复合材料的结构进行了表征.研究了Co^2+的掺杂量对复合材料电导率的影响.结果表明:复合材料为球体,粒径为1~12nm,Co^2+的掺杂对复合材料的团聚有一定抑制作用,减小了TiO2颗粒的粒径,材料电导率随着Co^2+含量的增加而提高.
“In situ” polymerization was carried out in the presence of TiO2 and Co-implanted TiO2 as precursor to synthesize PANI/TiO2 and PANI / Co-TiO2 composites in an aqueous medium. The nanocompos- ites were characterized by FT-IR,SEM and TEM,and their conductivity was studied on the different amounts of Co-doping. The SEM and TEM spectra reveal that the morphology of nanocomposites particle is spherical with the size of 1-12 nm. Co2+ doping has a certain effect on inhibiting the aggregation of nanocomposites,and can reduce the size of the TiO2 particles. The conductivity is improved with an increasing dose by Co ions.
