摘要
利用Maxwell软件的二维和三维有限元方法进行磁传动齿轮泵的磁耦合器径向型耦合器设计与分析,并进行了二维和三维有限元测试结果的比较.其三维有限元分析消除了磁极泄漏的影响,而且其分析结果与实验结果比较,其精确率达到94%.磁耦合器准确的分析与计算是可以减少材料的损耗,避免高昂代价的试验.因此,该方法可以作为磁传动齿轮泵分析与计算的参考.
The maxwell software with 2D and 3D finite element methods is applied to the magnetic transmission gear pump coupled with the radial-type magnetic coupling design and analysis. We compare 3D fi- nite element test results with the 2Ers. The former eliminates the leakage from the pole, and its accuracy rate comes to 94 percent comparing experimental results with analysis. Accurate analysis and calculation of magnetic coupling is an important method in design which can reduce the wastage and avoid the high cost. So the method is helpful the analysis and calculation of magnetic transmission gear pump.
