摘要
针对桥面防滑耐磨现有技术,运用ANSYS计算程序分析不同防滑耐磨层结构形式对桥面结构的受力影响,并对各种防滑耐磨层桥面结构附着系数、结构自重等重要指标进行比较分析,讨论其有效性与合理性。采用试验研究的方法探讨桥面防滑耐磨橡胶层对桥面防滑耐磨及通载性能的改善增强作用。
This paper summarizes research of the antiskid and abrasion resistant technology on steel bridge equipment's deck, takes a certain type Pontoon equipment's deck structure for an example, concretely analyses the influence of different constructs of the antiskid and abrasion resistant layer on the steel bridge deck by ANSYS, and calculates the control connection force between an antiskid trip and the deck, and the increase of deadweight. Also, it discusses the validity and rationality of those improved structures compared with original structures.
