Regional Industry Co-ordination Mechanism and Countermeasure of Northeast Old Industrial Base

针对东北老工业基地区域产业协调发展的现状和问题,提出把区域产业协调发展模式选择、区域产业集聚与产业集群形成、城市化发展空间载体与支撑效应作为东北老工业基地区域产业协调的主要机制和重要突破口,建立区域产业整体发展观及区域经济合作机制,整合产业发展的空间经济地域,促进东北老工业基地区域产业协调发展。

In this paper, old industrial bases in northeast industrial region to coordinate the development of the current situation and problems in the region to put forward the coordinated development of the industry＇s model of choice, regional industrial clustering and the formation of industrial clusters, urbanization and the development of the space vector support for the effects of old industrial bases in northeast tthe main regional coordination mechanism to industry and an important breakthrough, the establishment of regional industry as a whole concept of development and regional economic cooperation mechanisms, the development of integrated regional economic space, thus contributing to the northeast old industrial bases in the region＇s industrial development.
