摘要
本文从粗提和精制两个方面研究不同提取条件对木耳菌糠多糖提取率的影响，探讨从木耳菌糠中提取多糖的最佳工艺。
This article studied the effect of two different extraction conditions on the extraction efficiency of fungal polysaccharides, to determine the best conditions for extraction of polysaccharides.
