摘要
为了了解羊奶的消费现状，对长春市五个住宅区三个年龄段的市民进行了问卷调查。调查结果显示：长春市民认为羊奶在每日膳食结构中很重要；但对羊奶的饮用情况并不乐观；对羊奶制品的消费多以液态羊奶和羊奶粉为主，希望羊奶向多样化、层次化方向发展。结果表明：羊奶在长春市有很大的发展空间。
In order to understand the status of goat＇s milk consumption, we conducted a survey for three age gruops of people in Changchun.Goat＇s milk was very important in Changchun citizen＇s daily diet, and the main goat＇s milk products were liquid milk and milk power. It could be forecasted that the comsumption of goat＇s milk would increase rapidly in Changchun.
