三氧化二砷在MDA-MB-435s裸鼠模型中的抑瘤作用及机制 被引量:3

摘要 建立人乳腺癌移植瘤裸鼠模型,随机分为生理盐水(NS)组、顺铂(DDP)组、低剂量三氧化二砷(As2O3)组和高剂量As2O3组。用药4周后,观察裸鼠一般状况的变化、用药前后肿瘤生长情况、裸鼠体质量变化及免疫组化检测其可能的机制。发现As2O3组肿瘤大小和瘤重均较NS组明显缩小,给药后裸鼠未见明显不良反应,且As2O3能诱导癌细胞凋亡,调控相关基因表达。认为As2O3对裸鼠乳腺癌移植瘤有显著的抗肿瘤作用,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡可能是As2O3的抗肿瘤机制之一。
