摘要
高温材料选择是高参数超超临界机组关键技术之一,合理设计高温部件冷却结构,可降低高温部件的使用温度、降低材料的使用等级、改善汽机内部的温度分布、提高机组运行的灵活性和可靠性。
The paper describes the advanced cooling design for high temperature parts including the IP rotor cool, HP&IP case cool, ventilator valve system, uhra-supercritical steam turbine in Zouxian, Zaizhou, Yuhuan 1 000 MW projects. It gives some references for the material selection, improvement of reliability and flexibility, design of high temperatare parts, material setection and the operation reliability flexibility improvement.
