摘要
该文认为，中国古代村落与古代城市一样，也存在着规划思想，具体表现在：（１）原始聚落中已有明显的功能分区；（２）村落形态和空间布局普遍受到宗族礼制、宗教信仰、风水观念、防御意识、诗画境界等人文理念的支配：（３）各地村落均强调人与环境的和谐统一。文章最后对古代村落与古代城市的规划思想作了系统的比较。
Just like ancient cities , China's ancient villages were also built with planning thoughts , which can be described as , (1) Areas with obvious functions appeared in primitive settlements ; (2) Village formation and spatial arrangement were universally controlled by hu- manistic thoughts such as tribal etiquette , religions , geomantic configuration , defending con- ciousness and the level of poetry & painting ; (3 )Harmony of man and environment was empha- sized in the villages of various places. The planning thoughts between ancient cities and an- cient villages are systematically Compared.
