产红色素海洋细菌Loktanella sp.发酵培养基的优化 被引量:4

摘要 试验对海洋细菌Loktanella sp.发酵生产天然红色素的培养基进行了优化。在单次单因子试验确定了Loktanella sp.合成色素的最佳C,N源组成后,通过Placket-Burman实验设计对海水中对色素生成有重要影响的因子进行筛选,利用响应面分析法对重要影响因子进行分析,优化了海水配方,利于色素生成的海水配方为:NaCl=0,CaCl2=0.856 g/L,NaHCO3=0.614 g/L,H3BO3=0.055 g/L。色素产量较优化前提高1.06倍。 Seawater solution culturing marine bacterium Loktanella sp. was improved to enhance the production of red pigment. Initially,Plackett-Burman (PB) design was used to evaluate the correlation between seawater solution and pigment production. Among the ten examined factors of the solution, four statistically significant ingredients, which were selected by Plackett-Burman design and analyzed by response surface methodology, were utihzed in order to optimize the process in the Box-Behnken design. The results showed that the production of pigment was double when the components were set as follows: NaCl = 0,CaCl2 = 0.887 g/L,NaHCO3 = 0.639 g/L, H3BO3 = 0.058 g/L.
