摘要
针对锦西石化分公司1 Mt/a催化裂化装置烟气轮机振动高的故障情况,通过对烟气轮机绝对振动的监测和分析,做出正确的判断,及时停运烟气轮机组,对烟气轮机进行了状态维修。检修时,还对米契尔式轴瓦瓦块进行修复,效果显著。
Against the higher vibration level in the flue gas turbine in 1.0Mt/a FCC unit at Jinxi Petrochemical Company, on-line state monitoring and analytical system for massive revolving machine is introduced to monitor the absolute vibration level. Combined with the operating situation, diagnostic analysis and correct judgment were made. The unit was shut down for condition maintenance of the flue gas turbine. During the overhaul, Michell bearing pads were repaired, and good results were achieved.
