汉代“葆部”的社会治安功能考论

The Research of Social Public Order in the "Defense Unit" in the Han Dynasty

"葆部"是汉朝"葆塞蛮夷"聚居和活动区域,是分布在汉代边疆地区类似民族自治区域。由于"葆部"处于汉朝缘边地带,所以其不可避免被汉朝政府纳入边疆之军政管理系统。"葆部"不见于传世之典籍,然现于汉之简牍。关于边疆地区问题虽多有研究,但"葆部"目前尚无人提出,尤其"葆部"的社会治安职能更无专论。本文对"葆部"在社会治安方面的之考论不过是边疆地区诸多问题的补充研究,而旨在于汉代边疆社会治安的丰富与发展。

In the Han Dynasty, the＂Defense Unit＂is a kind of military settlement and action district for ＂the Barbarians Guarders＂, it is just like a sort of nationality autonomous district. Because of lying in the frontiers, the ＂Defense Unit＂ became a fraction in the frontier military and political management system in the Han Dynasty. However, the ＂Defense Unit＂ was NOT found in the historical masterpieces, but was mentioned by the Han Dynasty Bamboo Books which were found by the archaeologists. Nobody have investigated the problem about the ＂Defense Unit＂, especially about its social safety functions. The article intends to smooth away to improve the research of the ＂Defense Unit＂ as the complementary opinions.
