摘要
目的研究分析民航某航空公司飞行员个人与组织匹配对工作态度的影响。方法本研究运用随机抽样问卷调查方法调查了106名飞行员。在回顾国内外相关研究基础上,利用SPSS13.0软件包,通过t检验和层次回归分析方法对影响飞行员工作满意度及组织承诺的个人与组织匹配的三个维度进行分析。结果要求和能力匹配与工作满意度呈正相关关系且影响效果显著,个人与组织匹配中价值观匹配和能力要求匹配对飞行员的组织承诺呈正相关关系。结论要求和能力匹配对工作满意度有显著的预测作用,个人与组织匹配中价值观匹配和要求-能力匹配对飞行员的组织承诺有显著的预测作用。本文在研究基础上提出了企业对飞行员管理方面存在的问题和建议。
Objective This study focused on the influence of person-organization fit on work attitude of pilots from an airline company. Methods We selected 106 pilots randomly to survey. We analyzed the relation between the three dimensions of person-organization fit to job satisfaction and organizational commitement based on the analyses of T test and regression. Re- suits The results showed that there was a positive relation between the demands-abilities fit and job satisfaction. Demands-a- bilities fit and value fit positively related to organizational commitment. Conclusions The demands-abilities fit was the signif- icantly predicted variable for pilots'job satisfaction. The values fit and demands-abilities fit could predict pilots' organizational commitment significantly. Based on the data, some advices were put forwar for the airline comparny.
