The article thinks that the classification sustem of phrase is based on its structural relation, and then classifies phrases into coordinative phrases, object-verb phrases, subject-predicate phrases, attributive-head phrases, adverb-head phrases, complement-head phrases and appositive phrases; and then explores and describes different meanings and usages of the expressive forms.
