摘要
介绍了用三脂肪胺从煤灰酸浸矿浆中直接萃取铀的试验与工厂应用结果。接触相比(Vo/Va)大于3,经4级逆流萃取,萃余矿浆的液相中ρ(U)小于5mg/L,负载有机相中ρ(U)为3~4.5g/L,矿浆中胺质量分数小于0.5%。与清液萃取工艺流程相比,采用矿浆萃取不仅简化了流程,节省了投资,而且铀的总收率提高了15%,成本降低40%~50%,自行研制的全逆流混合澄清器用作矿浆萃取器效果良好。
The investigation and industrial application on direct extraction of uranium from coal ash by trifatty amine are introduce. Under the conditions of contact phase ratio of more than 3 and 4 stages counter-current extraction, uranium mass concentration in loading organic phase is 3-4.5 g/L, and uranium mass concentration in faffinate is less than 5 mg/L, amine mass fraction in pulp is less than 0.5 %. Compared to clear liquid extraction process, the pulp extraction process is not only simple and little investment,but also overall yield of uranium increases 15%, and cost decreases 40%-50%. All counter-current mixed-settle extractor by self-development has good extraction effectiveness.
