摘要
目的获得DSP芯片为控制器的异步电动机矢量控制系统。方法依据矢量控制原理及MATLAB软件,实现矢量控制和系统仿真。结果得到了基于TMS320LF2407A双闭环矢量控制系统,充分利用了DSP的高速运算能力和丰富的片内外资源,使变频调速系统外围电路少,结构紧凑,可靠性高。结论系统的启动特性良好,控制精度高,动态响应快,可用于对系统性能要求较高的场合。
Aim The object of the experiment is to design a vector control system for asynchronous motor based on DSP chip for controller. Methods Vector control and system simulation were implemented on the basis of vector control principle and MATLAB software. Results Double closed-loop vector control system was obtained in accordance with TMS320LF2407A, the high speed calculation function and internal and external rich resources of DSP are utilized fully, thus making the peripheral circuit of the frequency control system be less, the structure compacter, and the reliability higher. Conclusion The vector control system has good startup characteristic, high control precision, fast dynamic response and can be used for high performance requirements.
