The determination strategy of the research direction of the key laboratory of disaster monitoring and mechanism simulation of Shaanxi Province,China

目的重点实验室研究方向的确定是其科技管理的关键环节。本研究旨在明确地方高校省级重点实验室研究方向的确定策略。方法从实验室"生态学"的角度,以灾害监测与机理模拟陕西省重点实验室为例,分析了地方高校重点实验室的生存环境、自身特点,以及二者之间的相互作用。结果与结论提出地方高校重点实验室研究方向确定的政策导向、仿生学、人才导向、项目导向和学术积累等五大策略。

Aim It is clarified how key provincial laboratories in local Universities determine their research strategy because the research direction of the key laboratory is crucial to its science and technology management. Methods Taking key laboratory of disaster monitoring and mechanism simulation of Shaanxi Province, China for example, the survival environment and self characteristic, as well as the interaction between survival environment and self characteristic, of key laboratories in local universities, was analyzed from the point of view of the laboratory ＂ecology＂. Results and Conclusion Such strategies as policy orientation, bionics, talent orientation, project orientation and academic accumulation were put forward in the determination strategy of the research direction of key laboratories in local universities.
