摘要
本文以上海市为例，阐述了大城市现代化进程中旧区改造的紧迫性和必要性，分析了存在的问题，并提出了加快城市旧区改造的对策。
In the present study,firstly,the urgency and necessity of transforming former urban districts in the course of urban modernization are expounded.Secondly,the existing problems are analyzed.Finally,the countermeasures of transforming quickly former urban districts are proposed as exemplified by Shanghai.
