摘要
菲白竹经过ABT处理后,分蘖数随着处理浓度的上升而上升,并且新鞭数量和长度都有所变化,其中以浓度150x10-6的ABT浓液处理后,竹鞭的总长度和总节数都明显增加;而叶绿素有所下降,其中以150x10-6的ABT为下降最为显著;对叶面积表现出一定的生长抑制作用,也以150x10-6的ABT处理后叶面积下降最为显著,因此为了快繁菲白竹和保持其观赏特性,可以对其浇施150x10-6的ABT浓液。
After Sasa fortunei (Van Houtte) Fiori was treated by ABT, its stem tiller number increased with the increase of ABT concentrations, and the number and the length of new rhizome also changed. After treated by 150 ppm ABT, the total length and the total node number of bamboo rhizome increased obviously, but the content of chlorophyll in leaf descended. The leaf area and the content of chlorophyll remarkably descended after the rhizome was treated by 150 ppm ABT. In order to rapidly propagate the bamboo and retain the ornamental characteristic, it is better to treat the bamboo with 150 ppm ABT.
