摘要
通过研究固定水泥剂量时,养生龄期、粉煤灰掺量等因素对于水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石的无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度、回弹模量等力学参数的影响规律以及各种力学参数之间的相互关系,对该类材料的力学参数体系进行了系统、全面的探讨,并结合其强度形成机理进行了合理的分析与解释。据此,提出了水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石的参考设计龄期以及该龄期不同评价指标的最佳粉煤灰掺量。结果表明,随着养生龄期的增长,材料的压折比逐渐降低,弹强比逐渐提高;随着粉煤灰掺量的提高,材料的压折比和弹强比均逐渐降低。
The influences of curing period and fly-ash content on the unconfined compressive strength, splitting strength and modulus of resilience, and the relations among mechanical parameters at the same cement content were studied. The mechanical parameter system of such kind of material was discussed systematically and completely, the analysis and explanation were also given by using the mechanism of material strength formation. Hereby, the designing age of cement fly-ash stabilized crushed stones and the optimum content of fly-ash based on different evaluation indexes for that age were put forward for reference.The results show that (1) as the curing period increasing, the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength decreases and the ratio of elastic modulus to compressive strength increases; (2) as the content of fly-ash increasing, both the ratio of compressive strength to flexural strength and the ratio of elastic modulus to compressive strength decrease.
