走“创特色、重质量、建名校”的优质师范发展道路——关于湛江师范学院办学功能定位的思考

当前制约湛江师范学院科学发展的难题不少,要破解发展难题,必须走"创特色、重质量、建名校"的优质师范发展道路。"创特色"是学校自己独特的气质和品格,"重质量"是学校事业可持续发展一个永恒的主题,"建名校"是带动全局的基本战略措施。要落实这条发展道路,必须抓管理创新,抓制度落实,抓文化建设。

The paper make an exploration on the scientific development of Zhangjiang Normal Colledge. It maintains that the college should undergo the high -quality approach with the features of ＂developing characteristic, concerning high -quality and building prestigious school＂. It also interprets these features＇connotation, and points out that the best way to reach out the approach is to carry out management creation, system establishment and culture construction.
