《论十大关系》是中国共产党探索社会主义建设道路的历史起点,它蕴含着宝贵的科学发展思想,其基本观点有:既重视经济建设又关注政治建设和文化发展;重视重、轻、农的协调发展,强调经济建设和国防工业的协调发展以及区域经济的协调发展。这些观点对于今天以至将来都有着重要而长远的指导意义。
《On top ten relations》 is a historic starting point of the CCP to explore the socialistic construction route, it contains precious scientific development thought, its basic opinion as ： either emphasizes on economic construction or paies more attentions to political construction and cultural development ; focuses on heavy ,light and agricultural coordinate development, and stresses about the coordinate development of economic construction and national defence industry , and of regional economy . These opinions are practically significant to today or even to the future.
