HPLC法测定双丹膏中丹参素的含量

Determination of tanshinol in Shuangdan Ointment by HPLC

目的采用高效液相色谱法测定双丹膏中丹参素的含量。方法以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(8∶92)为流动相;检测波长为280nm。保留时间大约10min。结果丹参素的线性范围为14.69～73.44μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.1%(RSD=0.70%,n=6)。结论该方法准确、可靠、重复性好,可作为双丹膏质量控制方法。

OBJECTIVE To determine the tanshinol in Shuangdan Ointment by HPLC. METHODS The HPLC system consisted of C18 column,methanol--1% acetic acid solution （8 ： 92） for the mobile phase;detection wavelength was 280nm. and the retention time was 10min. RESULTS The calibration curves of tanshinol was linear in the range of 14. 69-73.44μg （ r = 0. 9999） ,the average recovery was 100.1% （ RSD = 0. 70%, n = 6）. CONCLUSION The method was accurate,reliable and repeatable and can be used as Shuangdan Ointemt quality control.
