摘要
目的通过查阅文献,对自微乳的制法、处方的优化及代表性研究实例三个方面,作一客观的综述。
Referencing to a great deal of literature, this paper summarizes the self microemulsifying drug delivery system objectively including preparation of SMEDDS,optimization of prescription,representative case study.
