高效对旋局部通风机在矿井局部通风中的应用

摘要 局部通风机是掘进工作面重要的通风设备,其性能直接关系到掘进工作面瓦斯治理的成效。在瓦斯矿井,特别是高瓦斯矿井,随着单巷掘进距离的不断加大以及掘进进尺的不断提高,瓦斯涌出量逐年递增,瓦斯治理的任务越来越重。通过多个综掘工作面的实践,煤炭科学院重庆分院生产的新型高效、节能FDⅡ型2×55 kW对旋局部通风机具有风量大,风压高的特点,可以满足高瓦斯矿井长距离掘进工作面通风和瓦斯治理的需要。为解决高瓦斯矿井长距离局部通风,提供了有效途径。 Local fan is important ventilation facility in the drifting face and its performance has a direct bearing on the effect of gas control. In gas mine, especially the mine with high gas, the amount of outbursted gas increased progressively as the single tunnel driving distance increased and the drifting footage raised, which caused more and more trouble to control gas. After practice in multiple synthetically drifting faces, the new high -efficiency energy -saving 2 × 55 kW counter - rotating local ventilation fan, produced by Coal Sciences Academy Chongqing Branch, was proved to meet the demand of ventilation and gas control in long distance drifting face of high gas mine. It owns big flow and high wind pressure that could offer a new efficient way to solve the problem of long distance ventilation in high gas mine.
