摘要 随着心脑血管病遗传因素研究的不断深入,肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)基因多态性与高血压的关系越来越受到人们的重视。肾素作为该系统的重要组成成分,在心脑血管病遗传学研究中备受关注,其基因多态性成为高血压、冠心病和卒中等多种疾病的候选基因。 With the constant deepening of the study in the genetic factors of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases, the relation between the renin-angiotensin system (RAS) gene polymorphisms and hypertension is increasingly receiving attention. As an important component of RAS, renin has received much concern in the gehetic research of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases and its gene polymorphisms have become the candidate genes of hypertension, coronary heart disease and stroke, etc.
