The centralized dispatching and joint management of cascade hydropower stations is one management mode which is developing after the cascade reservoirs were built. There begin to get initial management effectiveness. The article points out the develop trend of centralization management is joint dispatching of cascade hydropower stations, hydropower and thermal power, cross basins. For this purpose, the theme of centralized dispatching management is making rational distribution of human resources to optimize the centralization management of Cascade Basin and further improve the economic benefits.
