土地开发整理项目的规划设计只是一个初步设计,在具体实施过程中,难免有需要调整、完善的地方,这时就需要申请对原来的规划设计进行变更。本文分析了项目规划设计变更原因,列举了变更的具体表现形式,并指出当前项目规划设计变更中存在的问题,提出了加强项目规划设计变更的建议。
