Breeding of Chitosanase-high Producing Bacteria

从土壤中分离得到产壳聚糖酶细菌Yg,利用紫外线对Yg菌种诱变并改变菌种的生活环境,获得4株产壳聚糖酶能力不同的菌株。其中1,2,4号菌株的产酶活性较原菌种提高了近3倍。

A Chitosanase Producing Bacteria Yg was isolated from soil. Ameliorated the strain Yg with mutagenizing by UV and changing its＇ habitat. Four strains which had divers chitosanase-producing abilities were obtained. The chitosanase-producing ability of the first, the second and the forth number strain was four times to the original one.
