摘要
[目的]优化甘氨酸螯合铜的合成条件。[方法]以甘氨酸为原料,对甘氨酸螯合铜的反应条件进行探讨,研究反应液pH值、反应温度、反应时间对螯合反应的影响。[结果]在反应液pH值较低时,产物吸光度随着pH值的增加而增加,当反应液pH值达到7以后,吸光度变化不明显,说明pH值为7时,反应进行完全;当反应温度低于50℃时,产物吸光度随着温度的增加而增加;时间对反应影响不大,为了便于操作,选择反应时间30 min。用有机溶剂沉淀法可制得高纯度的甘氨酸螯合铜,并可用红外光谱法对产品进行确认。[结论]确定了甘氨酸螯合铜合成的最佳条件:反应液pH值为7,反应温度50℃,反应时间30 min。该反应条件下,甘氨酸螯合铜的产率可达90%以上。
[Objective] The condition of chelate of glycin with copper was optimized through the experiment. [ Method] The reaction conditions of the production of the chelate of glycin with copper from glycin were studied, including pH value, reaction temperature and time. [Results] While the pH value of reaction solution was low, the light absorbance of product was raised with increment of pH value and when the pH value of reaction solution was at 7, the absorbance change was not obvious, which showed that at pH value of 7, the reaction was completed. When the reaction temperature was low 50℃, the light absorbance of product was raised with increment of temperature and the time trod little impact on its reaction, so in order to facilitate the operation, the reaction time was for 30 min. The precipitation method with organic solvents can produce the chelate of glycin with copper with high purity, which could be confirmed with the infrared spectroscopy. [Conclusion] The optimum reaction condition of chelate of glycin with copper preparation was confirmed: the pH value, 7 ; the reaction temperature, 50℃ and the reaction time, 30 min. Under the condition, the rate of the product preparation was over 90.0%.
