表达序列标签(EST)分析及藻类EST文库的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 随着生物信息学的发展,表达序列标签(EST)在基因组作图、克隆基因、新基因的识别、蛋白质组研究等方面具有重要作用。笔者简要介绍了EST技术的原理及其在构建遗传图谱、分离与鉴定新基因等方面的应用。综述了藻类EST文库的研究现状,并对EST的应用前景进行了展望。 With the development of bioinforrmatics, expressed sequence tags (EST) had an important role on genome mapping, cloned gene, identification of new gene and proteome research and so on. The principle of EST library and its application in genetic map, isolation and identification new gene were simply introduced. The research status of algae EST library was summarized and the application of EST was prospected.
