居住区园林绿地是整个居住区的重要组成部分,对居住水平有重要影响。我国城市居住区正面临从单一小区模式向多样化模式发展的趋势,这将对居住区园林绿地产生深刻的影响。同时,随着居住水平的逐步提高,居民对居住区园林绿地的要求也在逐步提高。加强对居住区园林绿地的研究,改进居住区园林绿地建设,已是刻不容缓的事情。在现代居住区绿地规划与设计中,强调以人为本的规划设计原则,充分满足人自身的需要,强调人与自然的和谐统一是公共空间环境规划设计的关键。

Meanwhile, the demands of inhabitants to the landscape green area in residential district gradually increase with the gradual increase of the residential level. It is urgent to strengthen the researches of landscape green area in residential district and improve the construction of landscape green area in residential district. In the modem planning and design of green area in residential district, the key points of public spatial environmental planning and design include that emphasizing the human - oriented planning and design principle, meeting the human requirements fully and emphasizing the harmonious unification of human and nature.
