摘要
[目的]为牛蒡深加工提供科学依据。[方法]研究超声波-微波萃取法提取牛蒡多糖的最佳工艺条件,并与传统蒸馏法比较;研究三氯乙酸法、鞣酸法与Sevage法去除牛蒡蛋白的效果并比较。[结果]超声波-微波协同提取法最佳提取条件为:固液比1∶25,微波功率300 W,微波提取时间110 s,其牛蒡多糖提取率比普通蒸馏法提高了1倍;鞣酸法除蛋白的效果较好。[结论]超声波-微波协同萃取法是一种非常好的提取方法,很有发展前途。
[Objective] The research aimed to provide scientific references for the deep process of Arctium lappa L. [Method] The best technology of polysaccharide extraction of A. lappa L with ultrasonic-microwave assisted extraction was studied and eampared with ordinary distillation method. Trichloroacetic acid method, Sevage method and tannic acid method were compared by the percentage of the deproteinnization and polysaceharide loss. [Result]The results showed the best technology of polysaccharide extraction was:the ratio of solid to liquid 1:25, the microwave power 300 W, the extracting time 110 s. The extractivity, of polysaccharide with ultrasonic-microwave assisted extraction was higher than that with ordinary distillation method. The effect of deproteinnization was best with tannic acid method. [Conetusion]Ultrasonie-microwave assisted extraction was a best extraction method and had good future to develop.
