摘要 [目的]筛选最适宜的烟草育苗新型基质配比。[方法]以辽烟16号为供试品种,新型育苗基质与沙壤土按不同比例配比为处理,林下腐殖土和猪圈粪混合基质为对照,进行烟苗假植试验,研究新型育苗基质不同配比对烟苗生长的影响。[结果]在1%的水平上,新型基质中以新型营养土与沙壤土按3∶1配比所育烟苗综合素质高,缓苗率较高,茎高、茎粗适中,叶片数最多,叶面积最大,根茎干重最重,根系发达,根系活力强,而且对培育壮苗有明显优势,各项技术指标也好于对照。[结论]用新型基质加沙壤土按3∶1配比可应用于烟草育苗生产中培育壮苗。 [Objective] The aim was to screen the suitable proportion of the new substance for tobacco seedling. [Method] With the Liaoyan 16 as the tested variety, the different proportion of the new substance for tobaeco seedling and sandy loam as treatments and the mixed substance of the undergrowth humus soil and pig manure as CK, the temporary, planting experiment was taken and the effect of the different proportion of the new substance for tobacco seedling on the growth of tobacco were studied. [Result] At the 1% level, the comprehensive quality of the cultured tobacco seedlings in the new substance with the proportion of the new nutrient soil and the saner loam of 3 : 1 was good, their seedling recovering rote was higher, stem height and stem diameter was moderate, leaf number was most, leaf area was largest, dry weight of the rhizomo was heaviest, root system was developed and their root activity was strong. Moreover, they bad obvious advantage for cultivating strong seedlings and their every technical index was also better than that of the CK. [Conclusion] The proportion of the new substance and sandy loam of 3 : 1 could be used for cuhivating strong .seedlings in the production of tobacco seedling.
