摘要
该文利用DEA方法分析了六安市县域层面上农业生产的效率,包括规模效率和技术效率的变化;并分析了规模效率、技术效率与农业可持续性的关系。该文认为目前六安市农业技术整体水平较低,并且在不同的地区表现不一致,在六安市区和霍山等地技术效率和规模效率都较高,而在霍邱及寿县表现的都比较差。另外,笔者还发现,六安市各县区都存在过度投入的问题,这将导致农业效率的下降,不利于与农业的可持续发展。
The agricultural production efficiency of Luan City at county level, including the changes ot the scale efficiency and technical efficiency, was analyzed by using DEA method. The correlation among the scale efficiency, technical efficiency and agricultural sustainability was analyzed. It was thought that the agricultural technology level of Luan City was lower and had different performance in various regions. The technical efficiency and scale efficiency in the urban district and Huoshan County of Lnan City were higher and that in Huoqiu County and Shouxian County was worse. There was an excessive input problem in each county (district) of Luan City. This would lead to the decrease of agricultural efficiency, which was unfavorable for the sustainable development of agriculture.
