在区域经济发展中,发展极理论可为一国欠发达地区的经济提供发展路径,在西部县域经济发展中,发展极理论其适用性更为显著。在概述发展极理论及其政策含义的基础上,探讨了该理论在西部县域经济发展中的适用性及在培育西部县域经济发展极中应注意的问题。

In the regional economy development, the theory of development poles could provide developmental path for the economy of less-developed areas in one country. The applicability of the theory of development poles was more significant in the county economy development of western China. Based on summarizing the theory of development poles and its policy implication, the applicability of this theory in county economy development of western China and some problems needing attention in the process of cultivating the development poles of county economy in western China were discussed.
