摘要
研究发现隔-海马通路损伤后,海马中一氧化氮降低同时大鼠细胞免疫功能增强。为此,观察了海马中神经肽Y(NPY)和血浆中促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)和皮质酮(CN)的变化,结果提示海马中一氧化氮伴随海马-NPY-垂体-肾上腺轴的变化而影响大鼠的细胞免疫功能。
ellular immune increased thededine of increase following intrahappocampal nitric oxide in septohippocampal lesioned rats. Observed the change of intrahippocampal NPY and ACTH, CN in plasma. The results suggested that intrahippocampal nitric oxide influenced cellular immune function following the change of hippocampusNPYpituitaryadrenal axis.
