海马中一氧化氮通过海马-NPY-PAA调节细胞免疫功能 被引量:2

摘要 研究发现隔-海马通路损伤后,海马中一氧化氮降低同时大鼠细胞免疫功能增强。为此,观察了海马中神经肽Y(NPY)和血浆中促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)和皮质酮(CN)的变化,结果提示海马中一氧化氮伴随海马-NPY-垂体-肾上腺轴的变化而影响大鼠的细胞免疫功能。 ellular immune increased thededine of increase following intrahappocampal nitric oxide in septohippocampal lesioned rats. Observed the change of intrahippocampal NPY and ACTH, CN in plasma. The results suggested that intrahippocampal nitric oxide influenced cellular immune function following the change of hippocampusNPYpituitaryadrenal axis.
