大型工程建设管理的方法论体系研究

Study on Methology System of Large Scale Engineering Construction Management

大型工程建设管理面临着诸多类型的问题,因而很难用单一的方法论来指导工程管理。论文基于对大型工程建设管理问题的分析,建立了程序化管理、系统管理和复杂性管理的三层方法论体系,并重点分析了我国系统科学提出的处理复杂巨系统的综合集成方法论在大型工程建设管理中的应用,为进一步研究工程管理理论和丰富综合集成内涵提供了参考。

There are many kinds of problems in large scale engineering construction management, so single management methology can not meet the requirements. Based on analysizing the characters of problems in large scale engineering management, this paper proposes three - layer methology system, which are procedure management, system management and complexity management. Meta - synthesis applied in engineering construction management is analysized, which is proposes to management complex giant systems by system scientists in China. This paper works can provide reference for studying on theory of engineering management and riching connotation of Meta - synthesis.
