影响银行贷款质量因素的文献述评

A Survey on the Determinants of the Quality of Bank Loans

贷款质量既是银行经营绩效的重要指标,也是一国金融银行体系总体健康程度的晴雨表,因此受到了政策制定者、银行管理层与学者的广泛关注和研究。本文从借款人的还款能力,借款人的还款意愿,融资约束,金融市场发育程度等四个角度综述了银行贷款质量的决定因素和形成机制,进一步探讨了银行贷款质量研究的未来可能发展方向。

The quality of bank loans is not only an important indicator of business performance but also a barometer of a country＇ s overall financial health of the banking system , so wide attention has been paid in this area by policy makers, bank manager and scholars. In this paper, the determinants and formation mechanism of quality of bank loans are discussed from the angles of the repayment ability of borrower, the repayment willingness of borrowers, financing constraints, development of financial markets. This paper has also prospects the futures direction in the study of quality of bank loans.
