摘要
用压力热聚合方法代替低温催化聚合生产浅色号C9石油树脂。通过对原料的处理,使压力热聚合生产的石油树脂色相为11#,软化点为110℃,与低温催化聚合制得石油树脂质量相当。通过设计正交试验,确定了最佳工艺条件,即B液加入量为体积分数10%,反应压力0.8MPa,温度235℃,时间24h。该工艺降低了生产成本,减少了"三废"排放。
C9 aromatic petroleum resin was produced with pressure thermal polymerization instead of the catalytic polymerization under low temperature.Through the treatment of raw materials, the color phase of petroleum resin produced by pressure thermal polymerization was 11#, and soft point was 110 ℃, which was corresponding to the quality of petroleum resin made with catalytic polymerization under low temperature.The optimized conditions were confirmed by orthogonal test:the addition of liquid B was 10%(V/V), the reaction pressure was 0.8 MPa,the reaction temperature was 235 ℃ and the reaction time was 24 h.This process greatly reduced the production cost and reduced the 'three wastes' burden of chemical industry.
