摘要
采用石灰置换-汽提-液固分离联合工艺,对染料生产过程中产生大量的氨氮无机盐废水进行处理,可副产质量分数17%的氨水,也回收硫酸钙,废水中氨的质量浓度降至20~50mg/L,达到生化处理的要求。选用具有自清洁功能的混合设备和蒸氨设备,即将湍球塔用于从含硫酸钙的废水中回收氨水,解决了普通混合设备和精馏塔出现结疤现象的难题。
A great deal of inorganic salt wastewater containing ammonia nitrogen is produced in the dye production process.Lime replacement-stripping-liquid solid separation combined technology is adopted to treat this sort of wastewater, which not only produces by-product ammonia water with the concentration of 17% but also achieves the recovery of calcium sulfate and the content of ammonia nitrogen in the treated wastewater reduces to 20~50 mg/L and reaches the requirement of biochemical treatment.Turbulent contact tower, a self-cleaning mixing and ammonia evaporation equipment, is used to recover ammonia from wastewater containing calcium sulfate to solve the problem of scarred phenomenon that arising in the ordinary mixing and distillation equipment.
