介绍了对金红石钛白粉生产设备闪蒸干燥机进行改造以提高产能的改造过程。调整了筒体倒锥体的角度及环缝隙的距离,并改进了搅拌器的分散叶片的结构和制作。改造后,产量提高3倍,能耗降低了60%,取得了较好效益。
The transformation process of spin flash dryer, which was used to produce rutile titanium dioxide powder in order to improve the production capability, was introduced.The angle of conical structure and the distance of round aperture were adjusted, the structure and production of distribution blade of blender were improved.Production capability was improved 3 times, power consumption was reduced by 60% and a lot of benefit was obtained after the transformation.
