摘要
浅析1997年冬至1998年秋末,南海和华南沿海季风强度偏弱、雨量偏少、冬季暖热和春季高温过程长、海表水温值居高和高温持续、副热带高压和热带气旋活动特征差异显著等罕见的异常特征,是典型的混合型厄尔尼诺现象。
In this paper analysis show, winter monsoon and summer monsoon over South China Sea and southern coastal of China were rather weaker and interruption process time were rather longer. The South China Sea high pressure and subtropical high are obviously stronger, lasting time were longer and controlling area were vast. Sea surface temperature are obviously high with longer magatherm process continuity time. The activity features of tropical cyclones in NE South China Sea were opposite to the normal. All these very obviously anomalous weather-climate features in 1997- 1998 possibly related to the strongest ENSO process in the 20^th century.
